Allosaurus premaxillary tooth with turtle vertebrae on matrix

This is an awesome example of an allosaurs premaxillary tooth and a unique turtle vertebrae sitting along side it. The shape of the tooth is a magnificent round with classic spiraling serrations. The purpose of a premaxillary tooth is to grab onto its prey and not let go while the maxillary teeth were you for sawing and chewing through flesh. This is every collectors dream piece because of the perfect enamil on this specimen and the bonus vertabrae on an original piece of matrix.
